  : Beachfront with sunset view was excellent. These villas are a little worn with time, but this was by far the better of the two Pelican Watch villas we have stayed in. The Vacasa agent was very proactive and responsive; which was reassuring. It’s a fair distance to the gate, Bohicket Marina, and the shopping center, so you might consider getting an amenity card to use the Club facilities (food) near the villas. Plus: this unit has a motorized awning for the deck.
  : No dish washing cloths were provided (there’s a dishwasher, of course). Half of the curtain to the sliding glass deck door was absent, but this was no trouble.

  : The view was amazing!! The location is perfect. Even on a holiday weekend, there weren’t a lot of other people around. We had our own little section of the beach to ourselves. I highly recommend watching the sunset on the beach! Amazing experience! The neighbors were friendly. The house was very accommodating with all of the wine glasses, TVs, blankets and card games. I loved the short little stroll to the beach. Every thing was labeled in the home and easy to find.
  : There was hair everywhere!! I am not sure if there was a dog. Maybe it just needs to be dusted and deep cleaned a little more. The beach chairs were broken and old. We looked forward to sitting in them. Next time we will bring our own so that isn’t a big deal.

  : The unit is very spacious a for a 1 bedroom, nicely furnished, and awesome that it has 2 full bathrooms. The location is beautifully situated just barely on the inlet, with the open ocean just a 5 to 10 minute walk around the point. Great Sunset views down the inlet.All in all this is a great unit, but they could tighten up their cleaning routines.
  : Downsides: I was given the wrong code to access the lock box for the keys and had to call in to Vacasa for the correct code. My entry was already delayed 30 minutes, prior to this,, as the cleaning crew did not show up until 4:40 to clean the unit, though check in time was 4pm. Additionally, it is doubtful there are any extra covid -19 cleaning measures, as the 2 person cleaning crew was in and out in 20 minutes. Fortunately, I had extra sanitizing wipes with me, and wiped down all the knobs and handles, as it was clear this was not done by the cleaning crew. Also, there is mold accumulating under the tub knobs and faucets. Otherwise, the unit was clean, and the linens were crisp and fresh.

  : The location on pelican beach was great. Beautiful sunsets. Unit was nicely updated but with a few more minor updates we would have rated it a 10
  : Living room furniture was not very comfortable but looked nice. Kitchen cooking utensils and dishes could be replaced with better ones. Dryer door should be changed to open on right side. Almost impossible to get clothes in and out of it
