  : All Elevators were out. For hours at time. 7 to 11 at least on check out day. Everyone had to carry luggage down stairs. Since there was corgi convention had to carry pets as well. Was not clean.only good thing was location . Would not honor AAA or ARP.

  : The unit was musky, falling apart, couldn't open windows, couldn't see view of ocean well because window was dirty, issues with toilet flushing, had to unplug TV for coffee pot, and the elevator was extremely slow. I could walk down 5 floors and back up and the elevator still would not be on the 5th floor yet, it was faster going down, but still slow.

  : No hotel breakfast was the biggest downfall but we had a kitchenette so it was ok.

  : Outside deck had only one (very bad) chair and was right over the building exhaust fans that were so loud you could not hear each other talk or hear the ocean. The reason we got their supreme room was for the view and the sounds of the ocean. Fans were so loud we had to keep the sliding door shut and there is no air conditioning so it was hot and stuffy. Coffee packets did not go with the coffee maker so it can out lightly tinted water. There is a table and chairs but the chats did not match and they were very uncomfortable. One chair had wheels and one kept falling off. No place to sit and relax except the beds. We have stayed at this hotel for the balconies and the view at least 5 times and this was the last. It was so bad this time. Also the elevators were both broken which was a huge inconvenience with our older dog and all of our luggage and the cooler, etc. We were soooo disappointed this time!

  : We love the location, 1 box fan and thankfully working fireplace.
  : Well, the NON working lights, the temperature of the room. The room was very unequipped for actually cooking and storing leftovers. The beds were hard, pillows were small and flat. The burners on the stove were not all working and poorly identifiable. Our room wasn’t completely clean. The tub never stayed full even though we had to put a wash cloth in it to stay full. We called and let the front desk know we didn’t have a complete set of cutlery AND about the lights that didn’t work. She said someone would bring the silverware and they never did. The swimming pool was murky and the jacuzzi water was not clean AND the jets didn’t work. The towels provided were the size of kitchen towels. There was not enough life jackets for older kids. The elevator wasn’t working and we had to take the stairs all the way to the 5th floor! The most embarrassing part of it was when we were still in the room because we paid for a LATE checkout and someone didn’t even knock!! They tried to enter to the room and once they realized we were still in the room they closed the door! One of my family members was in the bathroom and the bathroom door was open…so, if you were walking in the room and the bathroom door wasn’t closed…EVERYONE could see you on the toilet.
