  : Check in attendant was so nice and friendly trying to help everyone.
  : At check in, the line was super long and only one attendant. The management team should have recognized the long line and helped her. She was amazing. Our room floor was dirty. Not nice to walk into after 10 hours in car and for the high price.

  : This hotel is nicely decorated and feels upscale. In terms of the rooms, the beds in our room were very comfortable and the room had a decent amount of space, but oddly, no safe. There was a mini-fridge though. This hotel is conveniently located to the airport and they have a free shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. It is also possible to walk from here to the light rail station if you need to get into the city (just be prepared that it will take an hour to ride the train into the center).
  : Our room felt pretty dark, with no light above the big mirror (which would have been nice for getting ready). In terms of the bathroom, it was not the cleanest space. There was some gunk in the corner between the door and bath and behind the toilet, and I found an ant climbing up the shower curtain. The sliding barn door in the bathroom is also super heavy and difficult to close, and the shower head appeared to be coming away from the wall. In addition, I wasn’t thrilled with our room’s location. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in, of 5, during our trip to Washington, and our room was downstairs directly beside both an elevator and entrance door, and looked straight out onto the parking lot (from ground level). The entry to the hotel is on a hill so you actually have to go down to get to the first floor (or walkout basement) rooms. There are also rooms on this level that face the indoor atrium, which I’d hate to stay in as there will be people walking directly past your sliding door/only window. Lastly, we had a flight cancellation and ended up having to book a second night, and for that second night the hotel charged me over $100 more than we paid on the first night – for a random Monday! Overall, I would have liked this hotel if it hadn’t been so expensive, but I didn’t feel the quality justified the price.

  : All good except someone set off the fire alarm at 1:00 a.m. (at least we know it works). Stuff happens but otherwise a good place and convenient to the airport. Shuttle included so no extra charge for a lift.

  : Beautiful place, love the free shuttles to airport and mall, loved having the bar there, very grateful to be able to store our bags at the desk while we toured around Seattle. I loved that I could login to Netflix in my room. I loved having Starbucks coffee inside the hotel.
  : I wish there was a free breakfast option. When we wanted to check in early we had to change rooms which seemed like a down grade. Not a great view from the room. The restaurant prices deterred us from eating there.
