Wonderful

Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: Great location, excellent view, overall nice accommodation. They had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable.
: It was clean at first but as we stayed longer I found things such as dead bugs in the cupboard and fruit loops in the bed frame. Under the furniture was dust bunnies as well. Nothing we couldnt handle but for the price could have been cleaner.

Disappointing

Traveller Type: Business Traveler
: Essentials such as dishes, floors, and counters were clean. Cabin had plenty of hot water and was a good temperature. Gorgeous view.
: This place needs a deep clean and a floor inspection. There were cobwebs and dirty vent covers, and the hot tub (which we specifically searched for) was very dirty needing to be drained, cleaned, and refilled. We didn't use it at all. There are very nasty stains on sheets/blankets/couches. The floors downstairs sound and feel highly unstable in certain spots and the tile in the downstairs bathroom by the tub is cracked and coming up. Washer had standing water in it and the dryer had someone's socks in it. We were promised local management would contact us but here we are 3 days later with no response.

Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: Beautiful location with awesome views. Watching sunrise and sunset was really spectacular. Well furnished with a comfy bed. Shower was powerful. Hot tub was good. Pool table was in good condition. Kitchen well equipped with utensils, but there are no food stuffs at all, so bring your own coffee, etc. Dishwasher and laundry tabs are provided, along with washing up liquid, and toiletries.Drive up to the cabin was easy and you park right outside the door.We were sorry to leave and would have no hesitation in rebooking.
: Maybe a difference between the UK and US, but initial coffee, tea, etc would have been appreciated. Also, we had a mixed communication so we didn't arrive at the cabin with tea and coffee which led to a slightly grumpy husband on the first morning, albeit soon rectified!
