  : It is really close to the major touristic sites(walking distances). Really quiet area so we can enjoy some peaceful nights. The host, Ana was really friendly and gave us a lot of tips on local dishes to try.
  : The entrance hallway has no light so it is hard for us to find the way to our room at night time.

  : 2 different construction sites next to the appartment as you can see on the picture taken from the terrace !!!Could not rest in the appartment during the entire week ! Couldn't use the terrace neither.Drilling machine, everything you can imagine on a construction site...We asked for a compensation but didn't get one as it was on "working hours" but in fact it was until 6pm, and even if it had been the case...The owner was dishonnest by not saying that on booking and afterwards by not granting any compensation.I saw afterwards in the comments that 2 other people's vacations were ruined as well by this guy. (Have a look on booking)I saw his answer to one of these comments and found it dishonnest as well. For sure he will make a dishonnest answer to this comment but I won't read.He has already ruined my vacation, he won't steal my time.Don't book.

  : Spotless inside but
  : an overpowering stink of sewage/drain smells, hit us on entering the apartment, even though the front door was open when we arrived. We mentioned it within two minutes of entering and our contact, Daniel, suggested that the smell was coming from a scented stick in the lounge. Maybe a translation misunderstanding.When it worsened, I contacted the property within the first hour. Daniel, swiftly returned with a deodorising machine to cover up the smell.When it became obvious the smell was not improving the next day, I asked for relocation. We had been told that Apartamentos Diaber had more than 30 apartments in the city. His somewhat odd response was: How can we tell if its improving if you are not staying here?We had to vacate the property for two hours on two of the three days of our stay during two deodorising attempts and we simply didnt want to stay inside it.Outside, within touching distance of neighbouring balconies, industrial-scale hammer drilling and sawing started at 6:30 to 7am each morning to add to our discomfort. It looked like a rebuild of 50 per cent of the entire backstreet.Maybe the nearby building work was the cause of the smell (fractured mains pipes?) but the combination of the deodoriser machine being on -hand and an industrial cleaning truck arriving at nearly 1am on our last night, might suggest that this problem was known about. In our view, these apartments are not fit for occupation during the neighbouring building work and smell problems.Additionally, the booking.com site misrepresented the facilities at this apartment. The promotional pictures of rooftop sun loungers under parasols did not exist within the complex that we stayed in.A small ingress of ants on the floors and into the bedding sheets was minor in comparison to all of the above problems.We hope that this explanation will be acted upon immediately and prevent anyone else having to suffer.

  : Surprised there wasn't a kettle but told this is the normal for Spain and hairdryer was unsafe. Spiral staircase fun navigating with tired legs!

  : Localization was just great in center walking distance to all city attractions but also in peaceful streets so there is no city noise
  : It was too cold in apartment and air conditioning did not allowed to heat it so it was disturbing our stay in March I assume the apartment should be great during summer when its hot

  : Roof top patio with table and chairs, also drying rack.
  : Additional supply of toilet paper and garbage bags (stored in cabinet) would be helpful, this eliminate the need to call the apartment contact person to request for supplies.
