  : as mentioned in other reviews, the bathroom does sometime have an unpleasant smell. it’s not anything the owner can really fix, but it is still an issue, especially at times when it’s too cold outside to keep the window open.

  : Location is perfect, in the center of the old town but very quiet. Apartment is well equipped. It has everything you could need.
  : Balcony is separated from apartment. You have to go out of the apartment, take another key in order to go to balcony. It is private terrace meaning that no other guests can use it, but one day we came across some men watering plants. It wasn’t a problem for us as we were put all day but could be inconvenient.

  : Very nice place to stay for 3-4 days in Sevilla. Perfect for 2 couples. It's closed to the main tourist attractions (8-10min walk). Rooms are well decorated and cosy.

  : Very well equipped for a longer stay. Other than I getting lost coming back sometimes, it was in a reasonable walking distance from Centro and attractions. Only 3 units and as there wasn’t a lift, we enjoyed the main floor being “older” people. Cozy, comfortable layout located on a nice little square back from a busy street. Quiet at night.
  : Unfortunately, we suffered a bit with the drains smelling of sewer. After reporting it, we had someone there very quickly and they wanted to rectify the situation right away. By the third night, it did seem better.

  : Amazing location and a fantastic terrace to enjoy a glass of wine before heading out for tapas and manzanilla.
  : Appartment was very good and there was nothing that I didn't like. I would offer some areas that could be improved though - Extra toiletries and towels would be nice, also the clothes airer had a rusty sharp bit sticking out and it would be good to sand this down in case it hurts someone.
