  : The location is perfect for us. Alfonso is friendly and helpful. There are restaurants around. The main attraction are walking distance.
  : Maybe a free bottle of water could help after a long travel as we have to un pack first before looking a restaurant to eat.

  : Easy to access, open to self check in/check out. Very well situated, many places that we wanted to visit are within walking distance. No noise from the restaurants or bars in the neighbourhood. Pool is small but great to have such facility on the roof-top. High sealing and stone ground in the room (we were on the ground floor) kept air cold longer, big adventage when it is above +40 C outside.

  : They have everything you need for break away (iron,hairdryer,swimming pool for the kids and even a washing machine) and the location is perfect. Free parking on the roads close in July and August in the evening if you're lucky enough to get a space.
  : Some bad repair jobs make it look a bit run down but still looks nice overall. I asked about parking and didn't get any response, I did ask late but a response would of been nice.

  : Dull dark could hardly breath apartment more like a studio/ bedsit. Light and air so poor ( but there is windows ) air conditioning like a bad storm awake all nite with the noise. No bedding for sofa bed, I did not request but at least we could have had the choice. We arrived late, a neighbour gave us hell for noise.

  : The location was great. The bed is comfortable, place is clean and the little dip pool is nice to chill. I have never seen or met the host but they were quick to respond to the messages but having someone on site would have helped a lot. Alfonso always responded to my messages so I will give him the credit.
  : OK! Not sure where to start. The a/c was not working (both in the living and bedroom) and being a penthouse it gets really hot. I asked for a fan and it got delivered but that is just not enough to cool the place down. I asked if they could change the apartment but no response from them. In fact, they did agree that the air conditioning has a problem and their maintenance department has informed them about the problem but they did not offer a solution of changing me into another apartment. It was like we know there is a problem, We can't fix it so please deal with it and we are sorry. So, I had 4 hot sleepless nights there. And then there is the bathroom... just before I got on the flight they messaged me saying that they noticed a crack on the shower glass but it's all ok. Only when I came in did I notice that it's not a small crack it's almost ready to break into pieces. I would never give a room out to rent until I fixed it. Then the shower issues... the shower attachment is hanging from the wall so you can't adjust the shower. It only works properly one one setting. The shower door has a gap so the bathroom keeps flooding. I have to dry the bath mat outside every day as it soaks up so much water after the shower. Even after dealing with all this, I was calm and I asked for a late checkout to make up for the mistakes ...that did not happen either. So it was no for everything except for a night refund that they agreed to process. Shame that it's such a lovely place but just feels like they don't really care much to check if things are working properly before renting it out and charging over 100 pounds a night for which I later realised I could be staying in a nice hotel for that money. Never Again!

  : Very central. Not to fussy in decor. Good shower comfy bed. Easy access
  : A few bits of wear and tear on doors that didnt shut properly. Pool area broken around pool. Outside patio not very inviting with uncomfortable chairs and stained walls WiFi didnt work well on bottom floor but fine in the mezzanine.

  : Both rooms we were given had broken or missing facilities (cracked shower glass, broken drains, missing AC remotes, etc) and the sofa bed had giant old rips in it (clearly a very well used and barely cleaned mattress). The outside and inside clearly had not been cleaned in some time - there was old dried pasta on the private terrace. It was disgusting and unsettling and the owners didnt seem to take this seriously despite me sending through photos. Put a really big dampener on the end of our trip, and I would say they are hugely misleading people in their photos and descriptions.
