  : Apartment looked MUCH better in person than in the website photos. It was spacious, appeared to have been recently renovated, and was very clean. The location was great.
  : There was no way to adjust the temperature as the buttons on the outside of the temperature control unit were unresponsive. There was a safe in the apartment but it was inoperable. The toilet paper dispenser was very poorly designed. It did not use a roll but rather consisted of a stack of rectangular sheets of paper stacked vertically and accessed by pulling from the bottom resulting in a handful of partially torn sheets that were difficult to form into a usable surface. I was only there for a couple of days so not a deal breaking issue but frustrating.

  : Good location, not luxury but fine for what we needed. It clean and had easy access. The staff was friendly.
  : The mattresses were hard which is not my preference. Theres only two windows that open onto a small court yard so it doesnt get a lot of light.

  : Half self check-in, pick-up the key in the hotel, the strange thing is they didn't bring to you to find the apartment can be easly but just give you the key and up to you to find it. Terrible to find parking around.

  : We arrived by car, streets are very narrow so we had to block off street while dropping bags at hotel and getting instructions for parking building and apartment key codes etc. Would be easier to go straight to parking building and leave car. Then take bags to check in and drop off bags. We arrived early and were a bit nervous about leaving all our luggage but it all went well.Parking was under a shopping mall. About a 10 minute bag drag to room. This may sound fine but in 38 degree heat it is a mission!Staff at hotel for check in were friendly and helpful.Anyway once in apartment everything was fine. Clean comfortable and spacious. Nice cool escape from heat. The apartment was internal so no street noise. It is on the ground floor so no worry about stairs etc. A little external courtyard was a refreshing place to sit. We used the washing machine. There was a coat rack to hang stuff on but a proper washing rack would have been useful especially since there was room to use it inside or out. We had a lot of washing. There were cafes and restaurants near by.Wasn't too far to walk to main attractions. I would return to this apartment.
  : Would be useful if room was supplied with or check in hotel sold sachets of washing powder or liquid when rooms have a washing machine. Tourists don't usually have capacity for carrying round big containers of it.

  : The location was on a very cute street pretty centrally located. We walk everywhere and were only 10 minutes or so from major sites.
  : The WiFi/internet never really worked.
