  : The apartment was large and in a convenient location, easy for sightseeing and wonderful restaurants nearby
  : The apartment is on the ground floor, located next to and across from 2 bars. The crowds congregate outside until after 2am. The noise was insufferable. Impossible to sleep. The bathroom has a leak above the toilet, which I was assured would be fixed soon after I checked in. It's probably still leaking. Had to sit sideways and put a towel over me so I wouldn't get wet. No cleaning service. I had to clean out the shower drain clogged with hair, clean the kitchen, change the linens and wash towels. Sheets weren't the correct size. Found a used packet of lube next to, and candy behind, the bed. My debit card was charged without asking first, although I indicated that I would be paying in cash. I wasn't able to transfer funds quick enough to avoid an NSF fee.

  : A lot of great stuff. To start with the location, it's very nice, close to everything you need, restaurants, bars, public area, pharmacies... the apartment is colourful and cute, the bed is comfy and the kitchen has almost everything you need ... i would recommend this apartment, i liked it
  : The bathroom needed some work, there was water dropping from the ceiling. Some stuff like closets needs fixing (I'm an interior designer so I'm picky in these things). Pan missing for cooking eggs for example :/ And just bad a slight problem with the check out, as we agreed to check out at 1, but the cleaning lady came 12... but it's fine:)

  : The location was fantastic, very cute little ground floor apartment with washer/dryer and good bed. Great value for money!!
  : The sink in the bathroom does not drain very well and we nearly flooded the bathroom! The apartment is on the ground floor with a bar outside which gets very loud till morning - bring ear plugs. Occasional smell of smoke from people outside coming through air vents.

  : Clean. Comfortable and modern. Good location. Air conditioning useful. Cute teacup and has all necessary facilities.
  : Clearer instructions to make check in smoother would be useful. Slightly noisy in the morning. Some simple breakfast would be an extra nice touch.

  : The noise from the bars outside was horrific and until 2 -am - we left after one night as it was the worst booking we had done through booking.com ever It was not maintained - the curtains havent been washed in what looks like a long time, the couch had a sheet on it which is not uncommon but it was filthy underneath and the chairs in the kitchen looked like they were taken from the garbage The bathroom had mould along a lower wall and the ceiling panels had water damage and holes Communication was poor - no one replied to WhatsApp and finally someone answered the phone and even though we had communicated in English by messages on booking the person arriving didnt speak a word of English which made it challenging

  : Location is great, the apartment in great conditions. Good communication with the host through whatsapp to leave my luggage before check-in time.
  : The apartment is in a very nice area of Sevilla with a lively night life. As it is on the ground floor, you might hear people hanging out during the night. It is not a negative side for me, as I sleep in whatever environment, but maybe it is an important factor for people who have a light sleep.

  : Two bars one the two angles of the apartment. So if you want light you can have people watch you and if you want to sleep you should wait till 2/3am. Windows are not double glazed and don't close properly. Good thing you don't have to leave the apartment to stay with the people at the chupitos bar

  : The apartment is in a really nice area in Sevilla. Bars are really close, and therefore can be a bit noisy.
  : When I arrived at the apartment (I indicated a day before that I would arrive around 15:30), the cleaning lady wasn't ready yet. In the end I waited 1.5 hrs to make use of the apartment. The cleaning lady was apologetic, the owners of the place were not.
