  : The location was good and was close to the town centre. It was only a 5 minute walk to the main shopping area and the closest taxi rank. The area was quiet at night and the property opens onto a pedestrian street, so there was no issue with cars or traffic.
  : The apartment could do with painting in some areas, such as the outside patio area. The bathroom fittings were also water damaged, which was just cosmetic but there was a slight smell from the sinks, most likely caused by not using u-bends in the plumbing to stop the smell coming back up the drain. The table in the sitting area was just some black metal with a loose sheet of chipboard with a mirror placed on top. At best, this looked bad and at worse it was moving and could easily slide off.
