  : Excellent location. Large apartment. 2 bathrooms. Very quiet, as the windows open on internal patios on both sides.

  : Fantastic location: in a quite street, but very close and convenient to everything. Good facilities, nice touch with milk, coffee, etc.
  : First morning the upstairs neighbour decided to do flamenco training with heels: fortunately one of the other neighbours went ballistic ... and no more flamenco. Also upstairs apartment was under construction, so very loud from 08:00 to 16:00. Be aware that the apartment is in a quiet street, but you can hear everything the neighbours say and do ... generally it was OK but be aware you like to sleep in late (as we do) ! Mattresses really need renewing: very cheap (not the same quality as the rest of the facilities) and my girlfriend ended up sleeping on the sofa as there was no support.

  : We had a fantastic stay at Genteel Home Alfalfa . The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable and superbly located. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Seville. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

  : The flat is exactly how is shown in the pictures. I slept in the sofa bed and it was super confy. The apartment is located in the very city centre close to everything, perfect if you have only few days to visit seville. The flat has 2 bathrooms 3 rooms and is divided in 2 floor. At the upper floor there is very nice and big terrace. The 2 bathrooms were OK, both with shower and there was everything we needed for 7 people towels, showergel etc. The kitchen was fully equipped. Everything was clean. I definitely recommend it. (in 7 we stayed OK)
  : If I have to say something just the second bathroom was little bit small.
