  : The position of the flat is the main strength point, there was a self-check in which was easy
  : The size of the flat is ok for two people but it should provide at least kitchen towels & washing machine detergent. As someone has already mentioned the neighbours on the upper floor are particularly noisy during the night (from midnight until almost the morning) with crashing sounds and loud music. We could hear Some other tenants in the building complaining about it. Even though its not the agency problem or something that can be fixed easily, you should consider it before booking as you might lack sleep

  : Everything was great, big enough apartmant with a kitchen and comfortable bed, and location is great.

  : It was small but really comfortable, had a nice kitchen and bathroom, it was really close to the historic town and the location was full with restaurants and stores so it was easy to get around and enjoy Sevilla.

  : Location was good near the Seville Cathedral and Metropol Parasol.
  : 1. Picking up keys from the lockbox which was placed on window security bars of a building located on the street without exact address was not easy. 2. BIG ROACHES!!!! On second night, I found two roaches the size of my thumb on kitchen counter and cabinet. 3. I know its not managements fault but the upstairs neighbor made noise all night long and we couldnt sleep well.

  : The location was great, the apartment itself was comfortable with a nice kitchen, plenty of wardrobe space and a clean bathroom. The communication was very fast and clear, even during the weekends.

  : - Great room, very quiet - Great location - Close to landmarks and local eateries - Hosts are super friendly and easily contactable - Equipped with a lot of amenities - iron, washing machine, kettles etc
  : - The key pick up and drop off location is a 20-minute walk from the property - maybe too far for some. - There's quite an extensive sign-up procedure that requires you to fill in your info and pay a deposit via the holi-rent link a week before your stay. With all the stories of booking.com phishing/fake messages - the initial feeling is that it's a scam, but it's not - it's all safe. But do double-check before opening the link.
