  : Location.
  : We had troubles with checking in,they let us wait an hour in front of the door,nobody was picking up calls or answering messages. They dont store your bags with the excuse of other guests arriving early.All in all,its a business which wants to make as much money as possible whilst not really caring about your comfort.You have to adjust yo them.Book another flat.

  : Very nice apartment near the center, just above restaurants. Very clean, keyless checkin, all was very smooth. There was not much sound from street at night.
  : some minor things: there could be teabags/coffee for morning, now we had only sugar :) and not good smell from light well - but we kept closed windows to it.

  : the door would not open from the inside and we were trapped in until we could get hold of the host who informed us there was a key in a cupboard, i expect compensation as this could have been a serious incident in not being able to get out of the apartment

  : Hardly noticeable but unpleasant smell in entrance hallway and our ground floor apartment, could not find clean sheets for 3rd persons bed.

  : The location was exceptional. 5 min walk to downtown and shopping stores, and 10-15 min walk to nearby historical monuments. The apartment was easy to find and to access as we arrived late at night (11pm) but the outside and inside door codes worked fine. We used real keys for the rest of our trip but the door codes were awesome. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but the kitchen looked good and had everything a person might need. Hot water was there too. Host was very responsive every time I contacted him through WhatsApp
  : My wife and I booked the ground floor (1 bedroom) apartment and we will not do that again. I'd rather pay extra and get a second or third floor apartment. When you stay at the ground floor you will sometime hear noise from the street or from the neighbors upstairs. Bathroom was too small and had a little smell but it was not a major issue as we only stayed for 3 nights. The ground level apartment does not get any natural sunlight which results on a bit of smell and darkness. I was not happy to see some small crawling insects all over the apartment and I hope the host/manager treats these insects after each stay. Very few TV channels and it only included Spanish channels (No variety)
