  : The room was clean, and the location was great, being close to many touristic places. It made exploring the city very convenient. Reception staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.
  : The room that I stayed was small, and the door opened to the same hall as all the other rooms. This meant that noise from the breakfast hall and resting area reached the rooms early in the morning when breakfast started, which was a bit disruptive. Furthermore, the sound isolation was not very good, and noises from the neighboring rooms could be heard. The windows of the room faced other buildings, and it was impossible to open them without closing the curtains due to the proximity of the balcony of the other building, which allowed others to see into the room. Leaving the window open at night was not an option either, as a lot of noise came from the street.

  : Breakfast was a fantastic selection and delicious! The room was great, beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had a lovely modern finish. Perfect location for a Seville city break!
  : Our bed frame was very squeaky, so whenever we moved whilst asleep, we would wake up from the noise.

  : The staff from front desk was warm welcoming and checking in process was very quick! Also room was bigger than what we expected! Plenty of space for big luggage :)
  : The coffee place on ground floor could be more bright and cozy. However, we really took advantage of these area! :)

  : Not good A/C. Seville in summer is real hot. The hotel rooms A/C is a not go again to that place. Although everything else is very nice. But several people complained about the lack of enough climate control ik their rooms.

  : The hotel was in the historic district and just a short distance from the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. A wonderful view of the Cathedral from the terrace at night. The breakfast was excellent and got us ready for a long day’s venture. The historic district has been kept original so public transport and walking are about the same. The room was adequate for 2 adults and 2 adult teenagers.
