: the ground is very cold, and the AC didn't work very well

: Very easy collection of the keys and easy to find the location. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was not bad.
: The room had no window and was very cold and dark. The door had a section that was broken and so did not feel secure when it was closed or locked. The door also had to be slammed closed and was hard to get open. The shower did not have consistent hot water and it ran out of the bathroom so the floor in the room was wet which meant because of the lack of window it smelled a bit damp after we came back each day. The bathroom door was also very hard to close.

: We didnt realise it was a room in a building with no staff. It was damp and with a ridiculously small bathroom. Poorly maintained.

: The staff was very helpful and nice
: It had cockroaches, zero natural light, the kitchen didnt have the necessary stuff to make a meal, the mattress was moldy, the bathroom was so small my head could touch the ceiling, the shower curtains were also moldy and the smell of the water coming out of the shower was weird.

: Maria is awesome ! Offering information and was quick to reply to emails .
: Room had no Windows . Listing was a bit misleading. Also there were multiple dead cockroaches on the floor. Room needs general maintenance.
