  : no nearby parking, costly parking on car park 12 minutes walk away. shower was lovely but difficult to keep on holder.

  : The apartment was dirty and not clean. I made some photos and sent to the owner during my stay. Dirty towel, towel on the floor between the wall and the bed, dirt on bed linen, moldy old coffee in coffee machine, air conditioning device in the sleeping room didn't work and it was very hot during sleeping. There was no paper towels, no salt, no sugar in the kitchen. Wifi didn't work. I sent my information and photos to the owner but till today there was no answer. I have all photos.

  : A student host was waiting for us when we checked in, and she was being quite helpful and informative. There are a few bars in front of the apartment where you can go for a drink in the afternoon.
  : Cannot find the wifi that the host provides. I had a video call with the director who said that a technician will come no later than the next morning to fix it. But nobody came in the end, which is a disappointing.

  : After an initial upset( the property we had booked had burst pipes and was flooded which we only discovered when we landed in Seville Airport) San Julian 13 was a lovely place to stay. This was suggested as an alternative by booking.com which we booked at the airport. I have to compliment Maria whom we dealt with . ( She was with Sevilla moving as apartment must also have been listed with them.) She went out of her way late on Sunday night to meet us at alternative accommodation before we eventually moved to San Julian 13 2 days later. She kept in contact with me the entire time when she was definitely off the clock herself.San Julian 13 is a lovely bright modern apartment. It was spotlessly clean. A very comfortable bed.Well equipped kitchen if you were cooking. We just had breakfast there.It was about a 15 minute walk from the centre through little quaint streets. We loved our stay in Seville despite the shaky start. I always spend lots of time looking at apartments and reading reviews before I book so San Julian 13 was a lovely surprise. We would have no hesitation in recommending it and would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to go back to Seville. It is a beautiful city and we loved it.
  : One tiny thing.. the shower head kept falling off the wall. It just needs to be fixed more securely. Not a big thing but the shower itself is good and strong so to get maximum benefit secure the shower head.

  : Lovely, quiet, clean apartment with everything we needed for 2 nights. No hassle check-in even though we arrived late.
  : Had to park 10 minute walk away from apartment because we unfortunately didn't reserve the private car spot in advance.

  : The gentleman who greeted us was extremely nice friendly and helpful. appartement well located with a super market nearby
  : We noticed immediately that the appartement was invaded by small ants and mentioned it to the gentleman who gave us the keys. They were also in the bed.We unfortunately discovered later that the AC inthe bedroom was blowing hot air. The first night was rough, ( sevilla heat in mid august)and we complained. They brought us a fan the next day but i regret renting this place. I bought bug spray for the ants but they were coming back in as we were leaving. The kitchen is lacking many basic utensils. No cutting knife other than bread knife and many others missing.
