  : The property was "being renovated" with exposed drywall which looked like it had not been worked on recently. There were no working ice machines even though the desk clerk said they worked on 1st and 4th floors (there were 4 floors.) The carpet in the room was worn thin leading into the bathroom. The mattress in the sofa sleeper was DISGUSTING! Badly worn and stained. Asked for sheets, blanket and pillows for the sofa bed and was told they were really busy the night before and could only provide two sheets. My wife and one daughter had to drive two hours back home at 11pm because we had no way to sleep 4 with the condition of the sofa sleeper. The only reason my other daughter and I stayed was an early morning softball tournament game. I respectfully request a full refund and strongly suggest no one book this property!
