  : I wouldn't call that breakfast. Coffee and fruit roll ups. Hallways didn't smell good. People hanging outside smoking cigarette's all time's of night. Look like a half way house.

  : After my reservation was correctly acknowledge, the manager was helpful and apologetic.
  : My group arrived shortly before 6PM Friday. Check-in process did not go smoothly. My reservation was mixed up with someone else's. Needed to cancel two rooms, but the hotel was not able to do it as they do not deal with 3rd party (Booking.com) reservations. Many attempts to cancel the two rooms took over two hours. Could not get a real person on the phone. My app was malfunctioning. Every time I put my booking number in the recording would ask for it again and again. I've had an account with Booking.com for years. This was the first time I ever had an issue. I asked the housekeeper that was cleaning rooms outside my door to just bring clean towels for me and my mom, but they never did. The free breakfast advertised was just break bars and muffins, no coffee. There were a few greenish bananas and a couple of oranges for which 1 of them as rotten. I had 4 rooms for which 2 had to be canceled. (See photos of the closet, one door was missing. The cooking area, namely the stove was dirty, kitchen floor was sticky, damaged refrigerator, soft mattresses) The hotel agreed to the refund by replying to Booking.com's email of my cancelation. I was changed 1 nights stay for 2 rooms for which I have not gotten the refund. The rooms need remodeling and the mattresses were soft. When you sit on the side of the bed, it caves in almost to the box spring. I'm not a heavy person, I weight less than two hundred pounds. I had rooms 252, 352 and 301. I was very disappointed in my stay. My family (6) traveled to CT to see my aging uncle and aunts for the weekend.I once worked for the hospitality field (Holiday Inn, Doubletree and others) for many years, over 15 years. So I am very familiar with business.
