I judge the place only by the approach of the staff to us and not the place, because due to the fires on Corfu, we decided to cancel our a one-night reservation in this hotel, especially that we were with children. Making long story short, we booked room at Sunday morning and unfortunately at Sunday late afternoon the big fire broke out on Corfu with people evacuation from some regions. Due to fact that we were with children we decided to canceled our trip on Corfu (we visited Albania and Corfu was 2 days trip only). I contacted with hotel at Sunday evening about this critical situation but till today they didn't respond on my e-mails. Only Booking has some responds from hotel but of course negative. From other places at Corfu there was no problem to have money back (all amounts). ONLY IN THIS HOTEL THEY REFUSED TO SENT MONEY BACK! SO I HAVE VERY NEGATIVE OPONION ABOUT THIS HOTEL - THEY ARE LOOKING ONLY FOR MONEY!!! My fault was that I paid all money by Booking. And they are not flexible in such critical situation. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THAT HOTEL!!!

  : This is a complex of apartments surrounding the nice pool, which was very warm at all times. It is quite far from the coast, but a quiet place to sleep and nice garden to enjoy in. In the caffe area there is a pool table and an improvised tennis table. The parking is spacious. There is a supermarket and a nice restaurant nearby, walking distance (Taverna Bikolis - recommended for price-performance dishes). There is no breakfast offered, but you can buy an English breakfast for a very reasonable price (and snacks) at the nearby Palms appartments caffe with a kitchen, which is only 100 meters away.
  : Needs refurbishment (e.g. the kitchen is very poor equipped thus we had to improvise a lot when preparing dishes, old bathroom, terrace chairs with torn seats) and better maintaining (loosely attached stairs to the pool, missing screws, useless mosquito nets, app doors that get stuck as they open, etc...). Mattresses are old and you can feel the springs, Wi-Fi speed and quality was useless most of the time (except on the terrace).

  : The A/C worked well.
  : We didn't have hot water for 2 days. I don't understand why everyone in the reviews likes Dimi so much. He might be a fun guy to drink with but he wasn't a great host. We had to ask 3 times and also he didn't notify us about the issues even though he already knew it wasn't working when we came to him. The cleanliness lacked attention to detail. E.g. the cup in the bathroom was really filthy and had obviously not been cleaned for probably months. Not gonna put my toothbrush in there.

  : Beautiful garden. Very helpful staff (Dimi gets 10 out of 10, no doubt). Lovely pool, lit up in the evenings. Informal and relaxed atmosphere. Beds are quite comfortable.
  : The property is a cash cow and is very run-down. Lots of things in the room are enjoying their last days. Even at the current price level, the price-quality ratio is suboptimal. The success of this guesthouse is hanging on Dimi's charisma and management skills.

  : Dimi is great, he gave us a brochure with places to visit. We did not regret listening to him. The accommodation is beautiful, peaceful, in the middle of wonderful nature with with an interesting cafe where you can play table tennis and pool. There is also a beautiful and clean swimming pool.
  : The light in our room was broken, we told the host about it, but he probably forgot and didn't do anything about it. Nothing terrible, but something could have been done in 7 days.
