  : I shower and shampoo my hair everyday. With 2 of us taking showers 1 bottle of shampoo lasts 1 say not 3! Would have helped if there was sign stating policy of cleaning room every 3 days. Not what I paid for

  : The breakfast they offered was good! The rooms ended up better than expected compared to the feeling going into the lobby and common area.
  : There was no elevator. The common area stairs were very dirty, as in a vaccuum job was needed and the carpet in the halls could us some cleaning.

  : The location was the highlight of the trip, it allowed access to everything and was very convenient
  : We were checked in with the pretenses of having a small dog, an emotional support animal, in our possession. We requested for it and the reservation was approved. We stay two nights in room 319, which let me add had a noisy fan that kept us up, but was loud enough to drown out any other noises we were hearing being so close to the road. The bed was small and very uncomfortable, preferably it was more comfortable sleeping on the floor. And to add to the overall theme, the day of checkout we get a call, and are told that we were put in a non-pet room, and that we would be charged a 54.25 pet fee, as well as a 250 cleaning fee. The front desk made it abundantly clear that we were to be charged for their incompetence. Then decided they better call their GM and clear their name. We travel every weekend. And we will not be traveling here from today forward.

  : I did not like we were put on the third floor. My husband has a heart issue and he had a really hard time with the stairs. This motel has no elevator.
