Disappointing

  : A location was handy to where I needed to be. The room was a nice size.
  : My room had ants and the people at the desk didn’t care. The walls were thin and it was very noisy, tough to sleep. They nickel and dime you, no breakfast, no coffee, charge you for parking your car, and have some hidden costs in the bill.

  : Staff was pleasant and always greeted us from the front desk but the lack of comfort due to the bathroom, the towels and not knowing we had to request maid service was very disappointing.
  : Bathroom needs separate light for shower and room itself. Way too bright for using bathroom at night. Need handheld shower and raise shower head. Towels were too small, thin and scratchy. Literature on desk said maid service is every 3 days if you are staying a week. We arrived Wed. night but had no maid service by Sat!! We got towels from reception desk twice. Nobody told us we HAVE to hang sign on room door for maid service. By the way, we had no sign. Had to get one from reception desk ourselves. Really hated the self-closing bathroom door. We put a shoe as a doorstop so we could go in and out of bathroom without it closing! Beds were comfortable but the bathroom was very outdated and amenities not up to par. Soap but no soap dish for sink. We put the bar on a washcloth. No complimentary coffee in lobby was surprising. The price of breakfast was extremely high so we never ate at the hotel.
