  : The room service ends at 21:00 The tv s in the room are not wifi connected, cant share your netflix from your devices. You must bring ur apple tv or leptop with hdmi cable with you.The location of the jacuzzi is as bad as it can gets, you must pass by it when u do the check in/out or pass to the parking/reception. Its really bad

  : The proeprty is new, very clean, with a nice spa and an awesome view
  : The fact that the adress appears in Sinaia, but it is actually in Dambovita at a distance of aprox. 50 km of Sinaia and on the top of the mountain. Most probably the adress was set up like that to attract tourists as Sinaia is a touristic city, and i don't find it fair.The road was awful as i got there alone at night, without any lights on the road or signs surrounded only by forest and mountains. At aprox 30 km of the location you can get lost really easy without any phone or gps connection. The signs on the road are not correct and the chances not to find the location are quite big.The road to this location was the most terrifying experience in my life and unfortunately i won't visit it the second time.

  : Nothing. Too much fuss for nothing.
  : The employees have no respect and manners towards their clients. We rented an apartment on Booking and while we were on our way, they called to let us know they have no rooms available and we had nowhere to go. We had to drive back home and cancel our trip.

Disappointing

  : The location is nice, the hotel is fairly good, not the first time I was there. Even though very expensive and not correct value for money considering my experience described below. I will not return to this hotel exactly because of the things that disappointed me.
  : I was disappointed by 3 facts, especially that I went there for my birthday to have a nice and rewarding experience - which was screwed by the incompetence of some people there: 1) on the day of arrival (Friday) I made a reservation for massage for Saturday afternoon (90 minutes long) only to find out when I went there prepared to get my massages that (surprise!!!) my reservation did not exist and there were other 2 persons who had been booked later in the slot I had reserved. Reading other Booking reviews, it seems this is not the first time something like this happens, which makes me wonder whether it is really a mistake or something intentional in order to favor some guests. 2) I complained about it at the reception to the same person who had written down my reservation 1 day before but she did not remember, she said it was a mistake and offered me as compensation some things that I did not need (late night massage, or on Sunday when I was supposed to leave or a third night of accommodation etc.) - completely useless; while they could have offered a nice dinner or something valuable so that I see that they care. I also wrote an official e-mail in the same evening to the e-mail address supposedly verified by the hotel owner, however no answer after almost 1 week. That is how much they care. 3) Dinner in the restaurant: I noticed that the waiter was serving some dessert (Romanian traditional "papanasi") to a table and I asked for the same even if not in menu. I was told that the dessert was only for the manager/owner of the hotel and cannot be served to other guests who should only take what is in the menu (more fancy stuff). This is not the right attitude from the owner and it only reinforces his attitude in previous point.
