  : The Hotel is really nicely decorated and the park with the plants, fountains and lights is really beautiful. The AC worked perfectly. The stuff and the owner really tried their best to make us comfortable and to please our needs with our baby. The chef is a really good cook and made us a delicious Moroccan specialty.
  : The place is maintained really bad. Its not clean, the bathrooms in the public area where not cleaned regularly, toilet paper and soap were out for several days. The stuff is so so nice, but obviously hasnt been trained in a while (properly ever ?). The hours for lunch on the menu were not accurate so we missed lunch. Breakfast was very unbalanced with mostly sweet options (cake) and very few on salty options. The sweets very good though. In the room: The night stand had no drawers at all, which made them basically just little tables. The closet was also not very ideal with a few coat hangers and very little drawers and no shelves. In consequence we left our belongings in the suitcase and the room got messy very quickly. Even though the stuff was so nice I would not come back.All around not even close to a 4**** experience.

  : The hotel was quiet. It's gardens and pool area are very nice. The food in the restaurant apart from the starters (a bit cold) is very good and the service there is very good. The breakfast is comprehensive with lots of European choice.
  : Staff are noisy. We ended up near the cleaners room. If it wasn't the squeaking of the trolleys it was the continual conversations in the morning. We had an issue as there were no swim towels in the room..."but there are towels".... I went to check and no there isn't towels...It also says get towels from reception on the notice and in the info book in the room.....One teabag and one coffee condiments in the room. Getting more was difficult. The hotel had no Beer on the first night.

  : While the location was not directly in Syracuse, it was convenient and was easy to park in the grounds. The grounds were lovely and we were able to sit outside near the pool in the evening and have a snack and some wine. My room was spacious and has a nice view of the pool and the grounds. The lobby decour is a bit dated, but sort of quaint. We had a higher level room with a beautiful bathroom, but no shower.
  : There were several tour groups which made the place seem a bit institutional. I think it is convenient for them as it is large enough to accommodate and the parking is not an issue.
