  : Perfect Italian breakfast , we could choose the filling of our croissant, the owner advised us where to go and what to see in Sirmione, thanks to him we experienced a beautiful boat trip around the historic center of Sirmione. Grazie mile

  : 1. The location is great. Shops, restaurants, sightseeing everything is close by. Our room had a big balcony which was fantastic and would be fab for a longer stay. It can be a bit noisy with cars passing by, but we didnt mind and maybe it was just our room facing the street.2. I loved the cleanliness. Everything was spotless in the room, hallway, everywhere. We stayed two nights and our room was cleaned after the first night, towels changed I think many 3/4 stars hotels dont do this, so this was a bonus I guess, but personally I think it was unnecessary. 3. As mentioned in all reviews, the host is very welcoming and provides you with all info about the area.
  : I missed a carpet in the room. The tiles were cold and we had our 10 months old baby with us, if she fell, shed probably hurt herself. We had a blanket though so we used that when she played. I was surprised by the cleaning as mentioned. I mean, if the hotel has the resources for it, ok, but I would think - save water, save washing powder, save labour :) What surprised me the most though was how they handled our personal things. Not only they moved our stuff around a bit, thats ok, but our PJs were folded under the pillows and our travel covers were put back on our toothbrushes. I work in hotels over 10 years and we travel a bit, but I never experienced this and I am not sure how I feel about it :)Last thing - we booked room only. On check in, we werent given the option to add breakfast, so we taught we would ask in the morning. In the morning we ordered coffee but again nobody offered us breakfast, so we left. I think if they just offered a croissant, toast or homemade cake or something, it would be nice option for the guests and extra money for the hotel. These are all minor things, we would return again :)

  : Room size was really big. Very friendly owners! Free parking, great location.
  : You can already feel the age of the hotel. No kettle in the room.
