  : Perfect location in Sister Bay. Close to a beach and marina.
  : Appliances could use an update. After having a problem with the refrigerator, staff were prompt and handled a room change for us.

  : The staff was very friendly and the property was beautiful. Very well maintained inside and out. Clean and comfortable rooms.
  : My only complaint and it is small and personal preference is that the beds or mattress were too hard.

  : We did not have breakfast and were unaware it was offered We arrived at 8 pm and left about 9:30 am. Our granddaughter used the hot tub

  : Roominess, cleanliness, comfotable chairs, nice balcony, plenty of sugar and creamers. Shower had a no slip floor.
  : Bed was pretty good. No hair shampoo, just 2 conditioners. Sleeper couch could have been better, only decaf coffee

  : It was close to everything. The indoor and outdoor pool. We're very nice and clean. And not to overcrowded. Sona was nice. They had a very nice lobby with game tables and plenty of nice books. They also have a craft table for the children. The first room we stayed in was very nicely updated, but upon arrival we learned we'd have to be moved to a different room. They moved our stuff before us while we were out so we can enjoy the day. Unfortunately the room they moved us too though was not updated and later we found out our first room was the only updated one in the hotel
  : The fact that we had to move rooms during our stay. The first room we stayed in was very nice. Then they moved us to the third floor and told us our first room is the only one in the hotel that was updated. So it definitely felt like we were downgraded. I don't think I'll be staying at this hotel again until they update all the rooms.

  : The room as very spacious. The rooms haven't been updated so they're just a little bit worn but still useful. Very comfortable.
  : The coffee pot was a "Mr. Coffee". I thought a Kurieg might have been better.

  : Very clean, everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and the pool, hot tub, and sauna were wonderful.
  : If I could suggest one small thing it would be to install at least one USB outlet in the suites.
