  : I loved the scenery and the wild life. The spa was beautiful. The massage therapist was very good.
  : That the oven didn't work properly. In the pictures it looked a lot more updated. The spa was beautiful but the staff was rude at check in. I was treated as if I was a bother until I paid my 3 massages with cash. That seemed to change her attitude.

  : The house is spacious, the windows are beautiful and the kitchen is fairly well equipped. The art on the walls and everywhere is beautiful, making it very pleasant to be in the home. The games were great.
  : A lot of lights were out - like over the game table in the family room, on the stairway up to the second floor, over the kitchen bar...a lot. There weren't any instructions much anywhere so it took us awhile to figure out the "nest" heating system, and sometimes it would go off on it's own turning the heat up high. Couldn't figure out why. Also the heat is concentrated in some rooms, so bedroom doors could not be closed at night or my son would roast in his room and I would freeze...the bikes fell apart underneath us...it was nice they were there but they are not kept up. The toaster button doesn't stay down, so you can make toast but you have to stand there holding the button down...

  : The fireplace was inoperable. The beds were quite uncomfortable and both my husband and myself woke up in pain every day.
