  : with a real fireplace the wood needs to be in the house. or nearby in the garage. matches and Firestarter or kindling at a minimum need to be at the facility. the kitchen was full of mismatched pots and pans and lids. one frypan without a lid. not enough cutlery. only 8 forks for a facility that sleeps 8.

  : Very nice deck. Black Butte is a beautiful place to be. The area around the house was fine. The amenities of Black Butte are fantastic. I would love to go back.
  : This house was filthy. When we got there the garbage can in the garage was full and made the whole area stink. The carpets were badly stained and filthy. I cringed every time my grandchildren were on the floor. Every flat surface was dirty. I cleaned a couple of places on the kitchen floor and my rag was black. Upstairs bedroom and bath floors haven't been mopped in a very long time. Pubic hair in the shower. The first night we were there we had a bat flying all over the house. Large slat blinds in every room were covered with grime. my husband had to scrub the BBQ before he would put our food on it. Do you want me to go on? It states on the listing that there is professional cleaning.

  : It was on a quiet street with lots a great amenities. The space in the house allowed for a lot freedom but yet stay close to people.
  : It would be nice to get local channels on tvs and to have firewood provided.
