  : The cottage is spacious and homely, with great facilities in peaceful surroundings.

  : There was no heating in the cottage first thing in the morning (or any time during the morning). I did speak to the owner by phone but the problem was not resolved. The owners did not make themselves known to us personally. Although they said there was a visitors book, there wasnt. They said they had left a bottle of milk in the fridge but they didnt. They said there was a key safe but there wasnt. There was no bottle opener.

  : Spacious, very well appointed accommodation. Easy car access and parking. Great location for exploring the Lincolnshire wold, Lincoln city and other attractions including the coast.Market Rasen has all essential facilities, including cafes and dining within easy walking distance as well as walks from the doorstep along the well marked Lincolnshire footpaths. Highly recommended!

  : Cottage was a 12-15 minute walk to the centre of Market Rasen. It had loads of walks in surrounding area for our dog to have a good run. We took the train into Lincoln (20 minutes) which avoided looking for parking during the Christmas markets. Two good butchers in Market Rasen and a good farm shop on the Tealby Road. Plenty of information at the cottage on places to visit and walks.
  : The weather was quite stormy and cold during our week and we found it hard to turn up the heating.
