  : No breakfast. Coffee for me only. We had plans to eat breakfast elsewhere.
  : paid in advance for confirmation of room. Arrived 3:15. Room had not been cleaned. Waited 50 minutes in lobby and was told person that was cleaning rooms that day was doing three different jobs. That is NOT a guest problem. After we waited 50 minutes we were told it was going to be 30 more minutes before room was ready. We already had reservations for a dinner for 4:00 15 minutes from hotel. So we are Not happy with the wasted time and not getting to freshen up before our dinner reservations. Late to a very important event for all of us. Plus the aggravation of having drove 4 hours to get to the hotel! You will not be getting any more of our booking business. Hotel kept saying we went three 3rd party to book reservations. So trying to put blame on your booking as well as the person doing 3 different jobs at the hotel that day. That person. Put in computer that room was ready when it was not.

  : The comforters had blood on them! Pictures attached. When I told the front desk they didn’t offer anything for our inconvenience!

  : Location, had many restaurants within walking distance, enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast staff was delightful!
  : No pool towels available and no extra towels available for our room. We were 6 total, we were provided three towels.

  : The bed was comfortable and pristine. The room was clean. The breakfast preparer wrapped the bread slices in Saran, two slices per wrapper. The apples were also individually wrapped in Saran.
  : Unfortunately, the faucet was mounted too close to the edge of the sink so that every time we washed our hands, the water splattered on the sink around the faucet. Also there were two crappy patchwork on the tub. These could have been easily sanded down.
