  : My towels weren’t washed all that well and when I tried to tell the person working the desk that morning and all I received was a smile and a nod. I tried to emphasize again that things weren’t clean and still received the same response… odd.

  : It was near what I needed to do. That does not affect my rating
  : The beds and pillows are terrible. I arrived very late and the key was left under the mat, the door was difficult to open, and the entryway door switch did not turn on any lights leaving me to fumble in the dark till I found a light that would switch on at four in the morning. A scary situation for a solo female traveler. The office hours are daytime only. There is no one there to help with issues. The walls are paper thin. The people in the room next to me partied until after 3 o’clock in the morning. There was no desk to call to get help. At one point I was worried that the people were going to crash through the connecting doorway. The toilet does not flush properly and the shower dribbles. You can hear all of the noise from the road and people coming and going all hours of the day and night.
