  : The location
  : Very rude staff! They called us 40 minutes before check in that one of the rooms that we rented, which had a queen bed and a pull out sofa, was unavailable due to a pipe issue. They then put us in a separate room with one of the beds being a chair they turned into a bed. When we told them we cant sleep here because we have a 20 hour travel day the next day, they said that we can cancel the room and they will refund us (not possible because its a nonrefundable room on booking). We were also told that for our inconvenience they would give us back some of our money but they said it would only be 10 euros. After asking them if it could be more than that because one of us would have to sleep on a chair, they raised it to 20 euros. We then asked if we could speak to a manager to which they replied no because hes off today. We came back to the hotel after dinner and they told us they could put us in a third room if we paid upfront even though we had already paid through booking. We obviously did not take the room since we had already paid through booking and didnt want to be charged twice. In the morning we went to check our and the other woman at the front desk told us that we once again had to pay up front EVEN THOUGH the charge from booking was showing up in our bank account.

  : 1. The a/c was really not efficient 2. The hotel ran out of key cards so we could only have one key between us which is a bit problematic because u can not use the elevator without a key

  : Breakfast was disappointing but there is plenty of choice on Vitosha Boulevard 2 mins walk away.

  : The location is amazing and the staff is very friendly. The bed was super comfortable.
  : The cockroach in the room. The breakfast can be better for the 4 stars hotel.

  : We liked the location it was very close to the metro and Vitosha Boulevard with lots nearby
  : Our room was a bit dated and dull, however it was clean and the shower room/bathroom was also clean if not a bit dated as well

  : Location was excellent, so close to Metro Free breakfast was great. We could walk everywhere we wanted to visit.
