  : Very nice and cozy apartment in a great location! A great option for a family with a child staying for 1-2 days. The apartment is on the sixth floor and has everything you need. It is accessible by elevator. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including glasses, plates, pots and pans, and numerous appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, hotplates, microwave, and refrigerator. There were spices, salt, sugar, oil, and so on. You also have an ironing board and iron, a hair dryer, and a vacuum cleaner. The bathroom has a shower cabin, cleaning supplies, a child's toilet seat, and other amenities. There is a large wardrobe in the bedroom for storing clothes and many children's books. There is a sofa bed, cable TV, and a large collection of books on various topics in the living room. There is a terrace and a clothes dryer in the apartment. The apartment's convenient location is a plus. Within a 3-minute walk, there are snacks, grocery stores, Chinese and Greek restaurants, and a children's playground. A large supermarket and another Chinese restaurant are both within a 5-minute walk. A metro stop (G.M. Dimitrov) and Muzeiko are both 15 minutes away. The Arena Armeets hall is a 30-minute walk away. Parking is limited, but you can park along the boulevard downstairs. The hosts are friendly and helpful, and they respond quickly and adequately.
  : Go to a hotel if you want absolute cleanliness and shine. Otherwise, it's comfortable. It was difficult to find a parking space right next to the entrance. The system for unlocking and locking the entrance, elevator, and apartment wasn't my thing. The beds and pillows were not comfortable, but this is a personal preference.

  : We were greeted by a lady who showed us to the apartment. The area where the apartment is located is good, shops are very close, within walking distance. Also not far from the subway.
  : We rented this apartment for two nights. When we arrived they were disappointed. The apartment is good, there is everything you need for living, but very dirty. The apartment is not cleaned. The price does not match the quality.

  : We didnt like it at all. It was a fast decision because we had to sleep over night somewhere, and it was a cheap option and one of the few available at the moment. But we didnt know that it will be so bad in reality. More in the "Negative" option.
  : How I said, the apartment looks like one of a single old woman. It has lots of personal belogins and it's full of furniture and ornaments. It felt like we slept in someone elses house without a preparation before. Personally I dont believe this kind of accomodation belongs to Booking. The apartment was near clean - I mean not visibile dirt, but it had a personal smell, and the bet sheets were old and worn with lints, didnt look fresh, also they had the smell of the house. That was the sentiment of all the things inside the house, old furniture, old sheets, old pillows, that were used and washed thousand of times before. The living room sofa had an old blanket and you could see hairs on it. The towels were clean and nice packed, but it was the only element that looked like it should be in a room for rent. The kitchen cabinets that they are in an open kitchen in the living room, were full of pottery, crockery and cooking ingredients, even an old bread. As I said, like somenone left his house for a few days, and we came in his absence. They were toys, books and games for kids, but they were also incomplete, old, torn and dust dirty. Even if we had a child with us, is not a + to have used unhygienic toys through the rooms. Maybe for other people this is great having an apartament full of stuff. But for us, others were the expectances. I was amazed to see how many people left 10/10 reviews. Also we had to meet in person with owner/administrator to receive keys, and also had to meet when we left. Unfortunately, the owner didn't came at the hour I proposed, so we leaved, leaving the keys inside - the room has a pinpad acces door. We could pay by PayPal, another obsolete out of fashion method, when I could have just payed in Booking or by Revolut or other instant transfer app, I had to make a PayPal account and took some time.
