: Very friendly host. Flexible with check in amd check out. Clean generally Safe building
: There was not at least a coffee machine ( it was broken). I personally prefer white sheet The sofa was very old and dirty. They need to change it. The shower with bathtub and plastic curtain a bit too old.

: The host was very kind and diligent person, he was there waiting for me (in spite of my late arrival, my flight was considerably delayed and I was not sure if I would be expected). Also, I was helped to get a taxi when departing very early in the morning - this was very much appreciated. I liked the size of the apartment - it was new and comfortable furniture.
: OK, I must say that I was generally disappointed with the place for a number of reasons: 1) internet connection - appeared to be so poor that I could not check my mails, not talking about doing any work / research; 2) noisy place - situated just above the restaurant on the first floor - I doubt it can be less convenient for my purposes, besides very poor isolation - I could hear everything what was happening above me, on the wall sides - just disaster; 3) pipes in the bathroom have been blocked by the previous guests and never cleaned properly - so, after shower, water was staying for hours - this has to be resolved not during my brief stay, but before my arrival - clean apartment means also functional. Final point - it was located not so close to the public transport, so, I would have certainly preferred to stay more in the city centre.

: Two separate bedroom / bathroom was practical. Kitchen equipments were enough and practical to use. Location was close to the city center.
: Bed quality can be upgraded. It was a bit hard , high from floor level and noisy.
