  : Room 132 was underneath a staircase and the floor above was so loud it was difficult to sleep.The location of room 132 meant there was no privacy as the bedroom window looked out into the car park so I had to keep the curtains closed.No light on bathroom mirror.No hairdryer.Bedroom chair was so well used it had no padding in the seat.The banging noise of every door throughout our section of the hotel plus the bar double doors as they shut (all day and night) really upset me and my partner.Having loud music playing in the bar whilst watching tv on mute was awful. It would have been nice to hear the tv instead.The bedroom tv remote was awful and not programmed correctly. A one fits all remote would allow full function of the buttons with the tv.

  : Rooms were terrible. Mould on ceilings, broken shower, shower door and missing toilet button. No air conditioning, no hair dryer, paper thin walls………

  : The breakfast was okay, but the staff disorganised, they kept running out of stuff and were bickering with each other. The coffee was poor and needs attention.

  : Great location and friendly staff, good bar area and fantastic beer garden...Good bar area with very nice staff and good range of beers, greta venue for watching football!
  : Great location and friendly staff, good bar area and beer garden...Needs refurbishment work eg. the bathroom facilities ie. shower was very poor with faulty shower doors and very low water pressure. Breakfast was fairly mediocre with limited choice and coffee which you made yourself using the instant saches supplied and water from the boiler which was only luke warm. Fish and Chips as a main meal very poor value for money ie. portion size and quality.Could be a top notch venue with a little more investment in refurbishment of rooms and a lot more focus on restaurant food offering for evening meals and breakfast ( quality and choice ) which I'm sure would result in a lot more people staying to eat in the hotel as the location and gardens are great....
