  : very quiet area, very close to a lovely beach only 3-4 minutes walk away, parking provided, good base to see area only 20 mins to Split by car Very clean and nice balcony with view of the mountains. Free WIFI which was good.
  : Only a small studio, the mattress on the bed could be better a little sagged on the edges where people have sat and could have done with a bit more padding I could feel the springs!, a toaster would be a nice addition to the studio.

  : Nothing except they let us check out one day prior to our original date.
  : 'Room': The quality of sleep is terrible: the mattress has a very bad quality, the sheets smell strange and the padding is very old and not warm. I got up all night because of the back pain it generated. Also, the curtains are so thin, it's like there is nothing. The place is disgustingly small, no room for two thin people, forget about bags. Kitchen: There was nothing to clean (basic wip). No kitchen tools. The only two chairs are hard and old. If you put the two together at the small table, the two people won't fit to eat. "Bathroom": There was not even a small soap to shower, and we called them to ask them for it, and they said we needed to get for ourselves. Then, the toilet: i went to the bathroom, then my partner did, and we couldn't flash again the water for two hours, everything smelling horrible. Everything everything is really old and they won't invest any money in give you the minimum standard for accomodation. Ah! And if you have any problem, you need to call by phone because they don't have reception. I know they are cheaper, but it is not worth the 10 euros difference with all the other accomodations. In summary, if you want to venture in, come at your own risk. If so, avoid renting the 'double room'.

  : We liked the closeness to the beach.
  : We didnt like that the wifi was inconsistent, slow - we had to use data for the majority of our stay. We only had one roll of toilet paper. The neighbours were loud.

  : The location was gorgeous. Very close to the beach! You just cross the road and walk down some steps so it is perfect. About a 5 minute walk to a lovely restaurant (Pizzeria Margarita) which I can highly recommend and about 2 minutes in the opposite direction is another fantastic restaurant with great reviews! A very short walk to Lidl for affordable food and necessities like sun cream and bug repellent! Mountain Views are also stunning. The property is amazing and the staff are just fantastic. We had a dodgy lightbulb and it was changed straight away. I will definitely be staying here again.
  : The property is amazing and has overall brilliant facilities. The kitchen came with a kettle, cooker and small fridge freezer which was lovely as well as having cutlery/pots/pans/bowls/plates/mugs etc. The only thing that would have been nice was if there was a microwave or an oven but I understand that this would be expensive to run for every room. :)
