  : Great location a short stroll from the main area of sorrento and the beach. The breakfast selection is lovely with fresh croissants, cheese, ham, fruit, pancakes, waffles, coffee etc. It was well priced compared to a lot of other places in sorrento. The area of the hotel was nice and quiet but yet not far from the hustle and bustle.
  : When we arrived we had to wait around 35 minutes to be checked in along with another few people who were in the same situation even though it was at the check in time which was quite inconvenient. If you are a light sleeper it may be a problem as you can hear easily in the next room even if they are just talking. The shower was really fancy and nice but was completely blocked meaning it ended up being about 3 inches deep by the end of the shower. There was a lovely rainfall shower head but the normal shower head was broke meaning to use it you would have to hold it to your head with your hand.

  : The room is as big as the pictures make it out to be (it was SO big), and the toilet was so clean with massage jets. House cleaning was great too. Location is great, just a three minute walk from the heart of Sorrento
  : They do not have a 24 hour reception desk as stated so I had to leave the key card outside the door when I checked out at 3am. The desk is open from 7am-9pm, and the receptionist may not speak English

  : The floor looked nice and clean. The pillows were nice. Great location close to marina grande.
  : Did not have a stand up shower, only a bath tub with a telephone head. Took 40 min to barely clean my hair. Coffee machine didnt come with capsule, so was more decorative. The mugs in the hotel room had trashes of left over coffee. No trash cans outside of toilet. The trash can in the toilet was hard to open.

  : The hotel is close to the city center, have nice rooms and they are well equipped.
  : The room and especially the bathroom were not clean enough. The aircondition had an error on the second night.
