  : There was a loud high-pitched screech coming from the ventilation in the bathroom. It could not be turned off or anything and even with the door shut we could still hear it all night long. We reported this to the manager but apart from apologising she didn’t seem interested

  : The front desk was very nice and assisted me when I could not get the tv to work. She also brought an iron to me, as those were not in rooms. Location for this part of the Cape was very convenient on Route 28 and close to many things. Parking easy.
  : I understand you get what you pay for. However, the WiFi was not strong at all. Rooms could all use a nice makeover - they're a bit long in the tooth and a bit depressing. I could not take a decent shower because the shower curtain did not extend from one end to the other, so every time I needed to use the shower, tons of water would invariably end up on the floor. They use old air conditioners - does not cool the room properly and makes for an uncomfortable stay if you are visiting the Cape during a hot summer day. Some items just rusty or dirty.

  : The property is in a good location in South Yarmouth. The room was clean, and the staff members were friendly.
  : The pool was not as well maintained as I would expect. There was no breakfast service.

  : They need to have a better visual sign in the property..( need to be able to see from the road) at night it's hard to see it ..I passed it many times and had to turn around and go back

  : My room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was great. The location is great too. The woman who checked me in was very helpful. She told mee my driver's license had expired, something I had not noticed. I renewed online when I got to my room.
  : I couldn't tell if they were renovating, or the place was just run down looking. The other guests looked a bit rough, but they were quiet, and that's good. The sign for the hotel can not be seen from the street, so the place is easy to drive by.

  : A lot of work being done made it look run down. Wished water pressure was better.
