  : Excellent location and we enjoyed finding and using the pool.
  : The stairs are very tight and there were more than Id factored in.

  : Great location, clean room.
  : I booked a hotel with pool and ended up in the attics (4th floor/no elevator, narrow stairs) of a different building 5 minutes away from the main house. The breakfast was in a 3rd building/external restaurant. The food there was great - but there was hardly any choice and not what I expect from a hotel. Nothing of all this was mentioned when I booked the room. And for the price I paid, I was very disappointed.

  : Good location
  : We arrived to the address which was a locked door in the middle of the street. We were not given any check in instruction before hand, despite the hotel contacting me by email to ask when our estimated arrival time was. After phoning the number on the booking, we waited 10-15 minutes for a member of staff to arrive to let us into the building and up to our room. The room was located at the top of 3 very narrow flights of stairs, fortunately the hotel staff member helped us take some of our luggage up. The pool was also an 8 minute walk away in a separate hotel, and a lot smaller than it looks in the photos.

  : Very close to town centre which was convenient
  : The apartments are not part of the main hotel so no staff there to let you in and kept us waiting 15 minutes before they arrived with key and it was very late and with a young child. We did inform them the day before of our time of arrival. Also its up four or five flight of stairs which it doesnt say in the booking, so if you have suit cases it a real problem. They also do not provide any water or fridge or tea or coffee in the room at all. Our room was very small basic bedding and looked like an attic more than a bedroom. The swimming pool at the main reception was dirty. I think theres better for the same money wouldnt go back.

  : The room was on the top floor of a old but centrally located building, the location was excellent. The shower was nice and the beds comfortable. Air conditioning most welcome.
  : The flights of stairs to the room were numerous (5 or 6) and there is no lift. The guy did help us with our suitcase, there would have been no way we would have got our suitcase up the stairs without him. The fridge did not work and neither did the TV. Most importantly our room was in a bit of a rough area, and the hotel with the pool was about a 7 min walk from the property and you had to also walk to the breakfast place which was marketed as vegan.

  : Very comfortable bed, location was great and room was very clean. Little bit misleading as the pool is not on site, it is a 5 min walk away from the room in a sister hotel Agava Luxury Hotel.
  : We were charged 40 euro, 20pp to use the pool after check out while we waited for our flight. Thought this was a bit ridiculous, weve often used the leisure facilities at other hotels/apartments while we waited for a flight later on in the evening.

  : I stayed in the Apartment not the actual hotel, but its in a great location and not too far from the main property. I could use the facilities - pool and lounge areas at main property. Breakfast was included at a local cafe, which was very tasty and quite large.. Staff were very helpful. Room was well appointed and surrounding area has lots of cafe's, bars & restaurants.
  : If staying at the Apartment, its necessary to know that there are 3 flights (I think) of stairs.. So if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to walk it up & down the stairs.

  : The location of this hotel is very central, very close to the harbour and restaurants etc. The pool area is very relaxing, although its chlorine content is questionable. The breakfast at no.7 on the harbour front was exceptional with very friendly, efficient waiters.
  : On our arrival we were very disappointed to realise that we were not actually staying on the hotel site but in a nearby property (appartment block) 10 minutes walk away. This did not correspond with what they had advertised on their website and at no time during my correspondence with the hotel was I informed of this. Had I known this I certainly would have cancelled our reservation prior to our arrival. Our two rooms were unfortunately in the roof space of the appartment block accessed by four flights of steep, narrow stairs (56 steps in total!!!). For the cost of the accomadation, this was totally unacceptable and falsely advertised.
