  : The staff and I know them all by name after 5 days…front desk Martez, happy hardy is a loser who spread rumors to the other staff who TOLD ME. I presented the facts to Irissa the property manager. Also addressed Happy Hardy personally while Irissa was present. I’ve been a delight, she was informed my rooms 111 and 507 were left “in pristine condition” or Mariah, housekeeper and AWESOME AT HER JOB. I addressed Happy Hardy’s spreading rumors that “that bitch in 507 is a psycho. Irissa and i talked pleasantly as well as Bree when i checked back in today. I said exactly the words “hi happy, you better clean up the rumors you’ve been spreading about the psycho bitch in 507. I have a gangsta son and 4 brothers.” IRISSA FELT THAT WAS A THREAT, she knows I’m recovering from a ptsd episode and i lack sleep and only need the pool and a good nights sleep to recover from my current lack of sleep due to the homelessness and having to leave my home off 12 years. She overreacted and called the police who escorted me off the property in 2 police cars while the cops were present. I then told her with the 3 polite and kind policeman that she’s a rock star Property manager and really has her staff covered. I agreed that I’d been unpleasant. She’s a customer service provider and could’ve handled me with a gentle heart and zero chips but she overreacted. Talk to Manuel, Mariah, the gal in 602 that painted her nails with me just prior to my going in to the office with the forgotten mail file in my hand that she claimed I was “waving” around. Talk to Bree. She was present and also overreacted as if i terrorized her.I would appreciate having the “TRESPASSING CHARGE” rescinded. It was totally inappropriate after my having stayed 5 days and never delightful while providing sun screen and ear plugs for the adhd 10 year old and ear plugs so that he could try to put his face in the water…tended to all the people at the pool. They said i reminded me of their mother, grandmother, auntie, etc.
  : I just told you SEE ABOVE. Plus it’s per units are 14 years old, the toilets continue to back up in 111 and many more rooms. The screen was missing in 507. There were no smoking units available because they all have maintenance issues tho the parking lot was mostly empty. Angela (?) is starying tonight , Weds 7/10. She is staying in room 602. We spent a pleasant couple of hours with me at the pool and was ready to be a character witness. As she’s known the police were coming. I waited for them at the pool because of dinner NOTHING WRONG. THEY AGREED. 3 OFF THEM. I gave Angela my nail polish and my last cigarette. and never replaced tho I’d asked hapoy Hardy to do that.

  : It was smelly in the hallway, the pool was not clean, only one a/c unit for three rooms made for a hot night.

  : The evening clerk was kind enough.
  : - pool closes at dusk... other places close @ 10 pm- building was older, hot inside - ac unit in room too high- lamp @ bedside was unplugged, outlet was not covered.- not sure if building was up to ADA codes - BREAKFAST WAS too meager/ cheap looking- no bathroom in lobby for guests- outlet in bathroom was not working - elderly guests and guests with pets were put upstairs, no elevator available
