  : The price of the room.
  : I didn't like the comfortability of the room, hotel, etc. The room smelled damp and old. There was large cardboard boxes in the common area. The hallways were dark and dirty looking. I was actually happy my stay was only for 1 night and that I was not staying there alone.

  : i will definitely be reaching out to corporate i have stayed here plenty of times just last year alone but this time i didnt like the approach i received i will address everything through corporate and not the GM due to the fact the staff member was so willingly to offer me to speak to her . i have never had any problems at this establishment until my last stay last weekend . For one i was told no locals allowed but yet i drove over 40 miles to get there not only that once they told me all that i had checked in and see more than a few ppl i know that were very much so local that i can provide the names of the approach about being a local and needing to be over 51 miles away is nonsense i have stayed here over 20 times in the last 3 years and its NEVER fully booked i should not have to explain why i need a room you do not know a person circumstances and a person doesnt have to explain their stay hotels / motels are used for MANY DIFFERENT REASONS EVEN BY LOCALS anyways pushing forward the following day my kids were in the pool and we didnt know the wrist bands change by the day if they change by the day a wristband needs to be giving at time of check in for the days you are there and none of that was mentioned at check in anyways i have it recorded where it was actually a group of ppl of got invited to the pool that didnt not have a room there getting wraistbands without the assurance of knowing if they had a room and it was at least 10 ppl but yet you press the ones who actually paid lol if you are less than 51 miles away YOU CANT STAY HERE DONT GO THEY ARE THE ONLY PLACE IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY WHO HAS EVER SAID THIS . no locals because it cost more to maintain than they are making is what was told to me by the lady who helped the nice gentleman that checked me in . of course the lady was not rude but i just didnt see the same approach with others .
