  : The hotel is in a good location close to everything (stersund is a small town after all). Great breakfast. Complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit in the lounge is an excellent touch. Staff were very lovely and accommodating.
  : The room was quite dark because of the fancy light bulbs. I slipped in the bathroom and nearly injured myself - a non-slippery mat would be a good idea.

  : The lounge in the basement was very nice. Nice that you could drink coffee chocolate, for free whenever you want. The stuff was very friendly and very helpfull.
  : The room was too small for being a suite. We were a family of 5 and there was no room for all of us in there. If you travel as a family (more than 3 people) I would recommend to book two rooms. Although I have ringed before and have asked them and they told me that this was ok, the room was extremely small. There was practically no room for us to have our suitcases in the room. There were 3 beds a double bed, a sofa bed and an extra bed, but in order to fit all beds you needed to jump from one bed to the other. Since we travel a lot as a family of 5 it was of the smallest family rooms every stayed in. Bathroom was ok. The breakfast was not nice at all. There was some variety but things did not taste very well.Imagine that kids of 6,8,10 years old did not eat the pancakes since they tasted more than omelet than pancakes. The bacon was also quite bad. Please remember to clean the toaster from left overs from other people.

  : The ambience of the hotel, the rooms, staff at the reception and the service was great. The spa was also nice. The spa therapist/masseuse Carina was fantastic.
  : The breakfast could be available a bit later than 9.30.

  : Comfy lobby areas and link with O Learys was excellent. Helpful staff
  : We had an unused adjoining door in our room. The noise from the next room was terrible. We could literally hear people as if they were on the same room as us. The colour and lights in the room made it too dark. We couldnt see to read without moving the desk lamp to the bedside table.
