  : I am unable to rate this property as despite booking and paying for our stay in February, on our arrival on 29 May we found it had been double booked and was not available! we were not notified of this in advance although the management company knew. Instead we were taken to an alternative villa about 20 minutes away in an unsuitable location. We were not offered any explanation and although we received an apology and offer of a hire car we chose to move to an alternative location and accepted a refund. This was not paid to us until after our return home and after daily messages to the villa manager. Booking.com were very helpful but as the company were not responding to messages they sent it was difficult for them to help with the resolution of our complaint

  : The location of this property must be the best on the island. You have the tranquility of your own personal villa space, large garden and infinity pool - but with the amazing view looking over the beach. Plus on the waterfront with restaurants, hotels, facilities....like the water sports which are literally down your own private steps - fantastic.
  : The villa is lovely, the management couldn't do enough for us - charming and helpful...but to be the quality they should be they need the little touches. A welcome bottle of water, even wine, in the fridge. A stocked fruit bowl. We arrived very late after 6 hours of delay and would have appreciated these touches. Equally - information booklet explaining how the villa works. TV instructions. What channels etc. Small details that would make the villa experiencing excel.
