  : The best thing was the attentiveness of the two gentlemen working there. They couldn't have been more accommodating. We didn't complain about the window that didn't lock because that was the 3rd room we were in due to the 1st room being on the 2nd floor (NO ELEVATOR) and the 2nd room had a broken heater. (As you can see by the attached picture, we're rigged the window shut with wooden hangers.
  : The worst was the filthiness of the room and everything in it. Floor was very dirty. No use asking for a 4th room, I'm sure they were all dirty.
