  : The cleaning wasnt on the acceptable level, the bed sheets wherent changed, and the towels only once. We were given 2 glasses in a room of 3, and there was a bug dead inside. The food repeated itself, especially the breakfast (the same all 6 days) The room was in a bad state.

  : The staff was very kind and welcoming! And the hotel was clean!
  : The food was kind of same every day, there was no deserts! There was one big plate with little cakes and the guests were literally fighting to get one piece! One of the most annoying parts was some Group of guests coming to dance Bulgarian traditional dances which in beginning looked great, but later find out that most people of the group are extremely rude!!! (Mainly the old once) typical Balkan rude behaviour , the group apparently is coming for 3rd year in a row , which means next year Im not coming for sure mainly because of them!!!! .. One of the old ladies shouted at me, just because I didnt clean my table after I finished my lunch, which should be the hotel staff job, not mine another lady from the group shouted at me why Im walking my dog in the grass area, which was ridiculous, she even went to call the receptionist who thankfully didnt pay too much attention to her moaning.. so thanks to the guests the stay wasnt very pleasant, otherwise the staff was very kind..
