  : The entire experience was bad from checkin and not getting back the correct change after paying. Also every towel and wash clothes had brown stains on them. Both beds also had visible stains on the comforters. Remote control was missing for the tv. The lamp sitting on the desk flickered when you turned it on. Picked the phone up to call the front desk and the phone was disconnected. When I called the front desk to tell them about the towels,wash clothes and bed comforters their response was “are the towels and wash clothes dirty or do they just have stains?”. I asked them to just come to my room to see for themselves. They said they would send someone to check it out. After 30mins and no one came. I just left and got sheets from Walmart just to lay on. I said screw a shower I’ll take one when I get to my next destination. That’s how bad the room was. I was a regular visitor to this hotel because of how convenient the location was. But I will never stay there ever again. Also had several other future stays already booked there and already cancelled all of them and rebooked somewhere down the street.
