  : Great location, close to nice restaurants.We have got a nice, modern apartment, as we asked for.The pool area is excelent. Parking possiblility.
  : Initial cleaning was bad - we had to ask for extra cleaning after check in. In the last five days it was no cleaning at all. For this price, we would expect no issues with the cleaning.

  : My recent stay at the accommodation had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the property itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a lovely view of the Black Sea. The cleaning staff was friendly and polite, and the surrounding environment was well-maintained.On a positive note, the lady who guided us to our apartment was very helpful and took the time to explain some things to my aunt in Russian, even though we needed translations for my cousin and me.In summary, the property itself was excellent, but the check-in/out process and the handling of maintenance issues need improvement to provide a more enjoyable and stress-free stay.
  : However, there were some significant issues with the service. The check-in process lacked clear communication, and despite providing our arrival time, there was no one at the reception upon our arrival. When the staff finally arrived, there was a lack of explanations, especially in English, which made us feel ignored and frustrated.Furthermore, we encountered a major problem with a broken shower head and excessively hot water that resulted in a burn on my hand. It took two days to resolve this issue, and our attempts to contact the reception were met with messages to leave negativity feedback

  : All was nice and clean an it was quiet. The lack of music fos a blessing.
  : Something should be done in the childrens swimming pool with the pilons that have some broken tiles and kids get cut in them. My daughter got a cut in the forhead that needed 3 stitches and ave cost me 1050 more than the accommodation for the whole family

  : I got a note stocked on my car stating go away and when I asked the receptionist she said there was a war between the hotel and the apartment owners! Considering the receptionist could have removed the note but didnt and considering her reaction she is defiantly on the wrong site!!

  : The hotel was located right next to the beach. The pool was also very nice. The hotel staff were helpful but the reception was not open all the time (might of been because of low season). The room was very good and clean. Very good value for the price.

  : Quiet place near to the beach, big pools, enough for adults and children.The inner yard is beautiful with trees, flowers, arbusts, a lot of vegetation and is very well taken care off.
  : Aer condition machines make a lot of noise. You cannot stay in the balcony when they are on. Very hard to find someone to speak english in case you want some assistance.
