  : This stay was on our way back home and thought because of ratings, middle to higher of the road ratings and price it would be an alright place to stay for the night. Property right off the highway traveled.
  : When we were checking in at the property, because we booked w/Booking.com, there was an additional security deposit, not shown in bold writing; it was verbally $100 dollars and then once card was charged, verbal told it would be $185. Was told that the security deposit would go back into our account several days after the bank released the funds and there was no damage to the room. We took pictures as soon as we entered the room as there was damage issues, and even got the desk attendant to walk through with us. Told the gentleman we took pictures. Had to call the office after 11pm as the people above us were very noisy. Desk attendant apologized and said they'd take care of the complaint. Noise continued several more hours. Did not call the office a second time because was too tired due to the days travel to try to make things right. Probably should have called or left the property at this point; again, too tired. Release of security deposit was immediate after checkout!
