  : Nice staff, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. Good value for price. Very close to the Tsch train station, which is very well connected by rail shuttles with Zermatt, making this hotel a very good choice to visit, ski and hike in the city, with lower fares. While the hotel's restaurant is closed (expected to reopen very soon), there are restaurants very close to the hotel, with good prices and quality.
  : There is no elevator to the top floor. Instead, the elevator reaches the penultimate floor, and a staircase then can be used to reach the last floor. This is explained by the receptionists during check-in. Additionally, only very few of the hotel rooms are in the top floor.Also, the room floor is slightly below the level of the corridor floor, creating a very small step when entering the room. This was verified in a room in the hotel's top floor, unaware if it is the case in other floors.

  : Location is next to Tasch Train station, Good for Senior and Kid when travelling with big luggage. Easy to access to Zermatt by train which leaving in every 15 minutes. Bed is comfortable and view is excellent. Breakfast are variety. Dinner is good at restaurant.

  : Cute accommodations, easy parking, right by the train station to Zermatt, picturesque area, helpful staff
  : Room was stuffy, had to keep windows open which is fine but we were facing the train station so lights and noise all night. Impossible to take a shower as bathroom is not tall enough, just had to sit in the tub and use the sprayer. Hotel restaurant expensive, but is expected for the area.

  : The breakfast was good. The location was excellent. The room, beds, views were fine.
  : The check-in staff was very unpleasant when I returned to hotel in the evening to pick up key to the room. The shower is soo small that I could barely move.
