  : The area was sketchy and the lady up front was rude and ignored my wife altogether

  : Upon check in, the front desk attendant was not behind the desk. Had to call out to get assistance. It was clear she was asleep in the back. She was not welcoming. She pointed at the electronic signature box repeatedly instead of using her words to tell me what she wanted me to do. Our room key wouldn’t work. We got in late. I had to go down three times to have her check the key. When she finally came up to try the set herself, she worked at it for a couple of minutes and then turned to leave when the door opened. When I asked how she got it to work, she said she used her master key. I asked what we were supposed to do if we left and came back and she said “get me and I’ll open it” and left. In the morning the attendant on staff was nicer and attempted to work on the key. When it didn’t work, she offered us a master key. It was a very odd stay. There was also a bug on the back of the toilet.
