: - half of the equipments miss in the "furnished" kitchen and some dishes were still dirty- you can't even open any window because they put 3 layers of scotch (??) on them- one of the two showers is leaking so you'll step out of the shower in a flooded bathroom, the other shower is small and the flow is limited- electricity is totally incomprehensible: you need to switch on the bathroom lights to be able to switch on the kitchen ones, and you have to wait 15 sec for it to turn on- Heating does not work, not a single radiator - broken chair in the living room- bad smell in the bathroom- no explicit instruction on how to use the washing machine

: The location of the apartment is great. It was a luxury to have two bathrooms and a washing machine. We did not try the sauna, but it looked nice.
: It was pretty warm in the apartment, although outdoor temperature was only around 20-23 degrees C during daytime. The kitchen lacked some appliances, such as a breadknife. water glasses and it would have been nice with an oven. Check-in was late (from 16:00). We asked a couple of days on beforehand if we could check-in 1 h earlier, and was told to ask again 1 day before arrival. When asking again 1 day before arrival, we never received an answer. It was a bit of a hassle to fill in the registration form online - apparrently they never received the first version, so we had to do it twice. Instructions of how to get the key was received the day before, but it was sent in an email, where only the code for the key-locker was written as text, whereas the rest of the instructions (such as which of the many apartments when passing the gate was the one we were staying in) was an embedded picture, which we never received on our mobiles. Only when opening the email on the PC we found the instructions, so this cause a bit of troubles and stress.
